โThis hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful in accommodating requests. They assisted us in getting a babysitter for our boys, so that we could attend a tango show- our babysitter Milka was amazing with the boys. The food- from the breakfast to room service to the restaurant was top quality and very delicious. The spa and pool were also great- my husband and I had individual massages and it was one of the best we have ever had. I would definitely stay here...

โThis was our first visit to Buenos Aires, and we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was very spacious (with king bed, kitchen, table for four) and clean. โGreat clean room in the good location. But, why do we get the tough and unkind attitude from the staff of the front desk? I showed my intention to take message, but the guy in the front desk said, "Do you have the time of the message?" Ridiculous. I decide. Why did the staff give that kind of unacceptable response? If I were hus boss, I would fire him. I decided not to spend any money at this hotel.
