Hotel itself is average. Bed was very comfortable but overall needs some updating. Location was very good. Walkable to the Latin Quarter, Old Montreal and the waterfront.

The building is very well managed and kept clean at all times.

The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated the quality linens and amenities. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and felt effortless on our end. The location was also a major plus—central, convenient, and within walking distance of great dining, shopping, and local attractions. We would absolutely stay at The Warwick again and recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and comfortable place to stay with top-tier service.
