We stay at the Best Western every Christmas because it is clean and comfortable. This year, the room was a bit dusty (possibly due to the construction), we got only one set of towels for two people, there was no alarm clock, and a quarter of the room was completely empty, giving the room a spartan feel. I'm hoping all of this will be improved upon before next Christmas.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Scrambled eggs were good. During the winter months, might want to provide a comforter as it was quite cold and we didn’t realize it until we were in bed. Also, our bill disappeared from my email. I didn’t delete cause I was going to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay. Can you resend the bill? Many thanks. We will stay again. We have family in the area.
