L’hôtel Magnolias est une magnifique bâtisse rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de charme. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et avons pu profiter des lieux en nous baladant comme si nous étions chez nous. Quant à la cheffe en cuisine, un grand bravo à elle ! Nous avons pu nous régaler tout en passant une excellente soirée sur la terrasse aux magnolias magnifiques, et ce, malgré le fait que ce soit le dernier soir de l’ouverture de l’hôtel restaurant et malgré le fait qu’il n’y ait que la charmant patronne pour nous servir. Les plats étaient délicieux et copieux. On a senti la passion de la cuisinière dans chacune de nos assiettes. Et pour couronner le tout, des vins locaux très bons à des tarifs plus que raisonnables. Un sans faute pour ce court séjour totalement dépaysant.

Very comfortable hotel with bags of character.
Unfortunatley the restaurant was closed but in every other respect we had an excellent stay. Magnificant building with very comfortable rooms.

Séjour très agréable, nos hôtes ont été particulièrement serviables et compréhensifs. Hôtel très original, impeccable et chaleureux. Excellente literie, nourriture de qualité et gentiment servie.

Hôtel et personnel très sympa.
Superbe séjour à l’hôtel Accueil et personnel très sympathique C’est un endroit calme et paisible pour venir se reposer et faire des ballades, rando ou trail dans un environnement verdoyant. Une salle de jeu est également à disposition si le soleil n’est pas au beau fixe !

Court mais néanmoins très agréable séjour.
L’hôtel s'étend sur deux magnifiques bâtisses contenant de nombreuses pièces (chambres, salons, salles à manger, etc ) au cachet indéniable et au confort très appréciable. De plus, la patronne est très prévenante et sympathique.

Small, up-market, character hotel for cyclists
A well-restored old building in a quaint rural French village. The staff were excellent and could not be more helpful. We hired e-bikes and they were superb. The countryside is stunning. One of the best holidays I have ever had! Most of the other guests seemed to be English-speaking and in their 50s, 60s or 70s.

Lovely hotel off the beaten track
We found this through Expedia and would never have come across it otherwise. And our first night was so nice, we added an extra one and availed ourselves of the rental evokes the following day. At 30Euro per day, these are not cheap, but they are brand new. Note, you don't have to be a cyclist to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surrounds, and the visit is well worth the 10k downward trek from the main road,

Wow of a place!
Wonderful hotel in the most amazing series of renovated old (some VERY old!) buildings in a tiny, quaint village clinging to the steep sides of the valley of a little stream. Staff team of various nationalities, mostly speaking English, whom you got to know very quickly by name. They were extremely friendly and eager to help or advise. Very comfortable, quiet room, excellent and ample buffet breakfast, delicious evening meal (though with little or no choice) and the cook, Lisl, ready to accommodate dietary preferences almost at the drop of a hat - but preferably with a little notice. The place was busy with cyclists during our stay, but I would recommend it for almost anyone. It is amazingly "different" and in a beautiful, away-from-it-all setting.

wunderbar versteckt und ruhig liegt das Hotel in romantischer gegen, Wald, Höhen und Täler, der Fluss, kleine Ortschaften, all das hat uns beeindruckt. Der Service im Hotel war familär und sehr freundlich. Individuelle Wünsche beim Frühstück wurden sofort erfüllt. Wir hatten sehr schöne, erholsame Tage. Auch ohne Fahrrad empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung am Pool suchen oder das nahe gelegne Albi anschauen möchten.

Charming hotel in a quaint village
We enjoyed a wonderful cycling holiday in a dreamy village. The hotel staff were amazing going beyond expected service to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and meals in the restaurant were also delicious. Pool area is very pleasant with complimentary chilled squash served on the terrace. Cycling in the Tarn Valley is beautiful with lots of pretty villages to visit. Claudia the owner was extremely helpful with route planning and making recommendations on where to eat. The hotel provides bike hire and takes guided routes. Many thanks to Chris and Dave for their hospitality, it made our stay special. We would love return in the future.
