"Our room was clean, the front office staff was friendly and engaging, and breakfast was decent. Our only complaint is that there wasn't enough parking. We came in late from attending a Buccs game and there were no parking spots left. We had to park in front of the front office and walk outdoors in order to get to our room. Great motel for this price!"

The hotel is new and very well maintained, which immediately shows in the clean rooms and modern feel throughout the property. The location is extremely convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at the Florida State Fairgrounds—it’s close enough to be stress-free without feeling crowded. We were traveling as a family, and the hotel felt comfortable and family-friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere that worked well for both adults and kids. Everything was easy, from check-in to getting around the area. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a new, clean hotel in a convenient location, especially for fairground events.
