"Great location, good for travellers who want to mix beach and visiting. Super safe for solo travellers. Easy access to the bus with a direct line to Palma. The boardwalk offers great access to many small supermarkets and restaurants if you don't want to go to Palma.
Getting across the island to visit the Eastern part requires a car - taxi fares are extremely high if you don't want to burden yourself with a car rental, in addition to which parking anywhere is very difficult and in so some cases impossible.
For North Americans the Air conditioning wasn't limited and not strong enough.
