Hotel JS Palma Stay - Adults Only

"I stayed for 5 days with my partner for a summer break. Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The staff were also exceptional. The breakfast was 10/10 The Pool and the bar was 10/10 The outdoor seating area for food and drink was 10/10. Thank you to all of the staff that made our stay wonderful. We will be back when we are in need of a break."

"Needed a full service hotel for 4 (2 rooms) at the beach for a long weekend. This place was perfect. Lovely big pool area, amazing buffet (morning and night) - good sized rooms with big balconies. We had one facing the beach and one the 'city' view. Some silly processes with drinks (old school chits) vs modern POS systems, which seemed to stress staff out. Otherwise very nice and helpful vibe. Comfy beds and the welcome wine was decent enough. 10/10 value and convenience and an easy way to save time to enjoy the important things on a quick break! ps. 2 euro bus fare to the Catherdral was a winner, so was the 20 euro cab coming back!"

"Staff were helpful & friendly. Amenities in the hotel were great. The brunch had a good selection & helped being unlimited until 1:30pm. Location of the hotel is good, just a 5 minute walk to beach, bars & restaurants."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, air conditioning didn't work on first night and we had to sleep with the windows open and there is quite a bit of noise from other guests and street goers - pretty hot and noisy. Other than that, well-located and accommodation was sufficient for our needs. Parking is a major headache in Mallorca and next to impossible to find - be aware if you are planning to rent a vehicle."

"The room was amazing. Stunning views from the tower. Even in August, the pool had plenty of room without the need to fight for a chair. Staff were mostly friendly. We had a problem that the staff in the tower couldn't help with, but the staff in the suites building were to able to solve easily. This felt like a luxurious stay without breaking the bank too much"
