This property met my expectations. It is a modest hotel with great customer service, safe, and located close to all the fun in Playa del Carmen. The best affordable place to eat at a 10 minutes walk was El Fogon.

The property is located close to la Quinta ave which is convenient but loud as the bar down the road plays loud music until 1:30am ish. The hotel has a lot of potential to be good. Rooms need to be updated, wifi connection on the second floor was spotty. Front desk wasn’t very welcoming or pleasant. The cleaning staff was nice. They offered complimentary coffee, tea and toast in the morning. The pool and garden area was nice but doesn’t get a lot of sun throughout the day.

Easy check in and my room was cooled down and spotless. I stayed here a few weeks ago and found my go to hotel for Playa del Carmen. Affordable, clean and the location cannot be beat. I live full-time in Cozumel and this is where I come to get away from the island and shop.

Nice little hotel in the middle of everything. Close to 5th Avenue shopping/dining. Free breakfast was rather tasteless, “lounge” style beds (likely for animals?) in room we’re not very clean, but aside from that no complaints.

You really go there only because is cheap , and your out of budget ! Pool is so dirty you cant swim , rooms all broken and rusted , the person at the reception very nice but is really only an option to stay somewherre and u have no extra money dont expect nothing nothing more then a room to stay . Breakfast is only a toast and jelly with coffee but i expected this for the price .

Breakfast included, chewy pretoasted white bread with butter and jam, coffee and tasteless icetea Rooms smelled like moist and there were no safety box and no pressure nor any hot water in the shower We complained and were not given the option to change room only that we should wait for thr supervisor who never showed up and still (three weeks ago) havent responded to expedias email about this. To make long story short, we checked in at another hotel.

The area is nice just very noisy we found several roaches in our room beds aren’t very comfortable and the staff there was a male attending front desk and he was very rude about my family being in the pool past 10pm following day there was a family in the pool past 10pm and they were very noisy and drunk.

There’s a lot of Mosquitoes in the pool area I get bitten in my feet, not bad but they gave me the worst room idk if this have something related with Expedia but I paid the same as a regular room. Breakfast isn’t a breakfast at all but they have a menu and you can pay for it, it’s not expensive by the way

Excellent hotel I have stayed there many times. It's very clean, the grounds are well kept and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. The location is 50 yards from 5th avenue but it's never noisy. Excellent bang for the buck.

It’s a good price-quality deal. All in order, except that the headboard of the bed was noisy, it was not well installed. Also, the toilet got blocked all the time. We reported those issues but apparently nothing was done. The rest was very good.

this hotel is a bit older which reflects the pluming system to work slower than usually expected. however, the location of it is just a right distance from the main strip which is the most popular area for dining and entertainment. the hotel staff was so sweet and helpful in every aspect of our needs. it was truly difficult to say goodbye.
