“Super tranquilo y el personal es muy amable”

“Need elevator”

“Must stay!”

“Very modern and spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop pool area could be better, but overall pleased with the stay.”

“Muy atento el recepcionista”

“Small hotel in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The room is basic. There's no safe, but you can use the one in the lobby. If you want a pool towel, you'll need to leave a cash deposit. It's a good hotel if you don't have mobility issues, as there's no elevator. I would definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed for three nights and had a very smooth experience. Check-in took only a few minutes, staff were very friendly, our room was nice and spacious, and we could easily walk to several local restaurants, Casa Maria is a great place to stay.”

“It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was excellent. The only complaint I'd have is the wifi. It was spotty, really didn't work right. Everything else was great.”

“Incredible staff! Beautiful rooms! Great location!”

“Nice bed, place was pristine clean”

“I have stayed here multiple times and each time I stay here it gets better and better, it’s what I consider to be the BEST hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Fenomenal staff, from checkin, concierge, butlers EVERYONE is amazing and helpful. The rooms and views are AMAZING, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, a five diamond experience from the jacuzzi on the balcony to service and staff. Highly recommended.”
