Mejor vista de la Bahia, atardeceres espectaculares. Acceso limitado ya que hay que tomar escaleras a cada habitacion. Un bar y restaurante muy rico. Las habitaciones muy comodas

Recommendations:
1. Start breakfast earlier than 8:30am.
2. Offer a complimentary drink or cold water upon check-in.
3. Hire staff that are fluent in English. And/or train them to use a translate service.

Al parecer tienen muy poco staff , y con el hotel lleno. Lo cual les hace complicado dar un servicio de calidad, los empleados se notaban un poco cansados / desconectados. Las albercas estaban muy sucias.
Es un buen lugar para descansar, el desayuno rico y accesible. No hay playa y se necesita si o si coche para todo. Carlos y Daniel servicio espectacular.
Patio Azul was a nice surprise. During our last visit to Puerto Vallarta, we stayed at a hotel about a half-mile up the road, but this hotel was a much better choice for what we were seeking. It only has a handful of rooms so the experience is a bit more personal. The rooms were well appointed and all but one have excellent ocean views. Our room had a private patio and the hot tub was just a few feet from our door. The staff was extremely welcoming and engaging. The views are beautiful with a very personal bar and dining space within a few steps.
We were also presently surprised by the dining experience. Both my wife and I are lactose intolerant, so it was exhilarating for her to know the French Toast was made with lactose free milk. It was so delicious she ordered the meal on back to back days. I enjoyed a vegetable filled omelet with chorizo on the side. Top the meal off with fresh squeezed OJ and a tasty margarita and we could not have asked for more.
The outdoor cushions were a little worn and on our last night the guests above us made a lot of noise in the middle of the night. This was not the fault of the hotel staff and would have been addressed had I decided to go to the front desk to notify them. There are no phones in the rooms, so any requests must be made in person. There are quite a few steps and all rooms require using the steps for access, so if you have limited mobility this hotel would not be a good choice.
