"The staff is amazing. I can not say enough good things about the staff. Our hotel room had no water in the kitchen, and the AC did not work. We were also never told that the hotel was under construction, so our entire stay was filled with construction noise. Hammering, saw noises, paint smell, and construction workers and tools in the elevators and hallways. It was not the experience that we thought that we were going to receive. I wish we would have been told about all of this prior to booking, or at least at check in. That way we could have made the decision as to if that is what we were interested in or not."

"The parking in parking garage is unnatended and when trying to exit the gate is closed causing a big problem when trying to get out overall good place to stay. "

"Clean room with nice comfy bed. Only issues were the speakers on TV sounded very bad, the shower head was very bad and the toilet was slow to flush. The pool was great and the sea view was awesome!"

"It's $100 mxn (pesos) deposit when arriving. Just a heads up. Wifi didn't work well. It kept disconnecting. Air conditioner didn't work in our unit even following instructions to wait 5 min. Not a big deal at the moment we didn't need it. Room can feel small. Yet again. I am 6 foot 400 lbs. I was comfortable regardless. The staff is great, the until was clean and morning breakfast was delicious. They give you a voucher for breakfast so make sure not to lose it. It includes a complimentary chilaquiles if you order. It is not a buffet, but they allow you to serve your self twice. Eggs with onions, beans, pasta salad, salad, squash in salsa roja. They also have a menu so you can order other breakfast items with 10% off since you are staying at the hotel. Overall it is great experience. The wifi doesn't matter since we weren't in the hotel much other then to rest. My phone provider is ATT wich got great service regardless. Will stay again. "

"Convivence is the biggest asset to staying here. Can get to the malecon or key shopping and eating places quickly from this property. Rooms were not clean well, no towels in one room - very worn down. I will say the staff is very friendly. Price was fair."

"Hotel and room were beautiful. Pool area is very nice. Weekend buffet was a little overpriced but had fresh fruit and made to order omelets. Had a nice massage in a small area off the gym. Staff was very accommodating. When we had little hot water to our room they immediately offered a new room. The pianist downstairs was stunning and some guests who were opera singers joined in for a spectacular impromptu performance. A great time all around. Try the steakhouse next door. You won’t be disappointed."
