"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. "We were stayed in hard rock for 4 night it was amazing experience.I recommend everyone if you wanna stay at nice and clean place hard rock is the best!!The music night was amazing me my wife and daughter really enjoyed!! The breakfast buffet was amazing as well.. We will be back .. Very friendly staff with lovely smiles!! There were many European cuisine restaurants in side hotel we went there for dinner it was amazing as well!! Thank you for everything from hard rock"

"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower and bath had good pressure and temperature. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the high-traffic tourist areas but still only a few minutes away from local beaches, shops and restaurants. Our favorite part was having drinks and relaxing by the pool. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet had a good variety to chose from. Made to order egg omelets, fried eggs, crepes and waffles, plenty of fruits, juices, pastries, etc. as you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come back without hesitation. Now the minor things which I would improve: Toilet paper is the thinnest kind - I would expect something a bit more premium. The strawberries in cocktails and topping for crepes are frozen, I would expect fresh strawberries. The tv in our room didn’t have streaming apps and chromecast didn’t work / password wasn’t in the room. The elevators were dated, especially the one to the parking garage, it would open doors multiple times and drop a bit when a person would get in. The live music was great but ran a bit late for my liking, (until 11pm) ."

"We had a wonderful stay overall. The spa was excellent, the room was beautiful, spacious and perfectly clean, and the swimming pools and surroundings were absolutely stunning. The only disappointing part of our stay was the restaurant, “Le Top”. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming or friendly. The atmosphere felt quite stressful, and the service was not as warm or attentive as we would expect from a 5-star hotel. Apart from the experience at the restaurant, everything was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and room were all outstanding. We would simply hope for a more pleasant and professional service at the restaurant in the future."
