“This is a 3 floors building so be careful quick floor you rent. It is super close SJDS you can walk to am/pm, restaurants, beach. I rented the deluxe suite which was very comfortable. Wi-fi, kitchen, refrigerator, and super clean. A/C work very good.”

“Nicest property in Rivas and good value compared to rooms in popoyo. Only negative is that communication is not good - set three messages to hotel and tried to leave message on answering machine and never got response. With that said, would stay here again”

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
