“Outstanding staff. Gave us great local recommendations and very attentive. Bungalows are clean, but simple. The property is outside the main tourist spots, but the beaches close by are even better.”

“Good A/C, nice sized room. Appreciated the "larger" mini frudge and coffee maker in the room. Very helpful woth local resources and advice on best travel routes. Got to see a mother howler monkey nursing her baby in the tree just adjacent to the room. Room walls are concrete, so couldn't hear anything from adjacent rooms. Much more serene atmosphere than the hectic pace and crowds in Nosara and Guiones beach areas. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Louie for wonderful hospitality.”

We had a small issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) and the manager quickly offered us an upgrade to a beautiful suite. There is access via a walking path to two separate beaches, and many dining options nearby (Guiones is a short 15 minute walk down the beach for more options). “Fabulous property and location. Staff were awesome, especially Francisco. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, if you want to try something outside the resort. Very safe and quiet area. A couple of things, one the roads are not all paved and the dirt ones are very rough. Two, great for families, but a few too many kids during our stay. Next time, we probably go adults only.”
