"Horrible disgusting place"

"The hotel was ok but it could use some improvements. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping never came. We had to ask for towels several times and take out our own trash-which is fine but it’s not the service you expect from a hotel. Tip for future travelers it’s not a good stay if you’re wanting to be close to downtown. Never tried the breakfast and parking is free."

"I liked the cleanliness, food and customer's services. but don't like the beds. Both beds in my room made embarrassing squeaky sounds at every turn. My experiences would have been excellent but for that. They need to tighten all screws in their beds or do something urgently to eliminate the bed noise."

"There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and in the refrigerator. The refrigerator had a strong mold smell. Water was leaking down bathroom wall from upstairs bathroom. First room they placed us was so strong of cigarette smoke we asked for another room. They had to replaced the air conditioner twice before they had a working unit. Which barely okay on hot day it struggled to keep room cool. Some of the linen had dark stains or worn out patches. The sink drain was leaking, the corner chair was pealing it surface material. There was NO contental breakfast. I'm giving the two stars because the staffing was so friendly, the hotel was pet friendly,"
