Beautiful site. Only downgraded for two reasons. 1. Not enough help at the front desk. It was common to see long lines, grumpy guests, and only one person to help. 2. I thought the room with a balcony/patio woukd be a nice touch….. didn’t expect someone to use that same area for a doggy park….. not the best view.
