โThis is a rare gem tucked away in rural Suffolk but not 2 mins from the excellent blue boar pub.
The hotel is friendly and welcomes furry friends.
To get a breakfast included was phenomenal.

โAll excellent but for lift closing at 10, I have walking difficulties so it could have been an issue, it should be on the website for others to see as they only have one disabled room on the ground floorโ

Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldnโt do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldnโt open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and...

โFantastic stay in the Hatfield Lodge Room 2 was great, spacious, quiet, clean. The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again. โ

We were welcomed by a lovely gentleman,wish I had asked his name ,he was so nice ,all through our stay he asked if we were ok ,did we need anything,was great. The food is amazing,generous portions ,breakfast was so yummy .
