"After going next door to hampton an not even checking in due to renovations and not stating that everything was under renovation i walked out. Saw this hotel an glad we stayed they are super professional and friendly even with my pups the breakfast was excellent the pool and hot tub was clean. I will def make this hotel my go to for now on only thing I didnt like was they charge for parking"

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Boston - Peabody by IHG

"Decent price compared to staying in Salem, and close enough that the drive into town wasn’t bad at all. Having a Starbucks right in the lot was super convenient, maybe a 3 minute walk. The hotel itself was just okay and definitely older. The lobby furniture had a few seats that were pretty worn down with noticeable tears and rips. The bathroom in our room had some funky mold in the overflow hole, and the ceiling fan was pretty gross in the pool room. I only dipped my feet in the pool after a long day of walking, but probably wouldn’t have wanted to fully swim in that water. On the positive side, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Overall, an alright place for the price."

"Location was good, quiet and peaceful and felt safe. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish there were more cooked healthy options for breakfast in addition to hard boiled eggs and grain bars, and that the hotel had water filters rather than tiny bottled waters. Lots of ticks in this area. Actually, lots of ticks in the whole of the east coast."

Comfort Inn Danvers - Boston North Shore

8/10 Good

"The elevator was out 2 days of our stay. It made moving out of the 3rd floor a little tough. Some of the guests were unkind, allowing children to play in the hallway before 730 am and taking phone calls in the hallway at 1130 pm and 530 am. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy."

Ashworth by the Sea

8/10 Good

"The Hotel is clean and the Ocean Front Balcony King bed room was large and very nice. The staff are friendly and check in and out was efficient. Vallet staff were excellent. My wife and I really like The Ashworth by the Sea The only issue we had was their was no hot water in the shower So for the cost we paid for 1 night it was disappointing to not have hot water for a shower in the morning. We will be back again, bit will check the shower after arrival"
