"Had a great time. The resort is beautiful."

"The brekkie was good. Our neighbors were very loud until 1230 am though. They went around banging on my door and on other rooms on the floor. We called customer service but they didn't really do much about them. Other residents told them to knock it off but they kept going. We could also feel the vibrations from their music even though we were 5 rooms away."

"The room is noisy due to the sheer number of people; there is a lot of sound and commotion that persists from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM—specifically footsteps, voices, televisions, and the opening and closing of doors by the people staying above and next to me. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to get any sleep or rest."

"The room was dirty, stains on the walls, room had a smell dirty cigarettes. I checked out and did not get a refund. The sheets were nasty as well. I was disgusted and left"
