2 day break from driving

Fantastic location, super hotel with friendly staff. Right on the beach and great views. Highly recommend this hotel. If you want a lovely meal with a beautiful setting, go down to the beach and turn left walk for 10mins to Amigo restaurant, worth the walk for fantastic seafood

Whilst the hotel & pool areas were good, the noisy neighbours on one side & vacant lot on the other(which was our view) were not becoming. We do not believe the cost of staying there was justified. Advertised as a luxury hotel it was short on luxuries. We had a kettle & cups but nothing to put in them and an empty fridge, the "safe" was not fixed to anything( just left on a shelf in the wardrobe) and not working, they only serve breakfast( at extra cost) but ban bringing food & drink from outside. That said, we had clean towels daily, beds were comfy, & it was clean. The beach & sea wete fantastic but that's nothing to do with the hotel.

Synes det er rart at et 4 stjerners hotell ikke lar deg betale med kort i 2025. Rommet hadde heller ikke søppelbøtte. Bestilte også rom med havutsikt. Havnet i 1 etg med sjøgløtt og dør rett ut i støyete inngangsparti. Ble ikke den ferien vi hadde håper på. Bortsett fra dette, så var det et ok hotell.

Bett bequem, Service unhilfreich

Das Bett war bequem, der Poolbereich war nett. Strand direkt vor der Tür. Leider war das Zimmer nicht wie in den Fotos gezeigt, die Dusche war schlecht (keine Regendusche) und die Klimaanlage war im Bad, nicht im Schlafzimmer, was zu einer heißer Nacht geführt hat. Als wir diese Probleme mit der Rezeptionistin ansprachen wurde und gesagt „es ist ja nur eine Dusche“ - daher schlechter Service ohne Lösungsvorschlag. Dieses war das letzte freie Zimmer, aber wichtig zu wissen. Werden nicht wiederkommen.

Great for the price

The hotel was wonderful, basically on the beach. The staff were very friendly, even with limited English and the breakfast was good but limited. Air conditioning was amazing and so was the fridge in room- it fit a lot of water and drink inside. Only downsides were the size of the room, very tiny, hardly anywhere to put our cases and the WiFi, not very strong. But it’s a good 3 star hotel, great location with easy transport links and very clean and friendly staff

I wasnt happy,because they acommodated us on other building,not the on the main Hotel Villa bb that they showed on Hotels.com.That calls cheating.Main hotel building looks much better,but they gave us one on other building at the back of hotel with no view and it smelled bad.

Good location, but that´s about it.

Location is great, near the beach which is nice and has nice restaurants. Breakfast ok but crowded. Although, the standard apartment we booked had a lot more to wish for. First of all - it had view over a parking lot. No pictures showing that on the website. The cleaning was under all expectations. Mold stains in the shower and dead bugs on the walls. Asked for an extra pillow - couldn´t be done. Refrigerator didn´t work. Opening hours for the pool was until 22, but some nights it closed much earlier without any explanation. Most of the staff wasn´t friendly or helpful. We really liked Podstrana as a village, but wouldn´t stay at this hotel again.

Situación buena cerca de Split el aparcamiento es pequeño pero no suele haber problemas!! Personal amable. El desayuno algo repetitivo pero esta bastante bien!! Lo peor para nosotros la limpieza, el baño no lo limpiaron hasta el 3 dia solo cambiaban las toallas, las sabanas no las cambiaron ni un solo dia de 10 dias que nos alojamos! Limpieza pobre en general! El resto bastante bien!

Was put in annex to the hotel, not in the hotel, annex far away from meeting expectations, dark, with humidity leaks and needs an exterminator, full body itches after being there; positive things are reception service and staff ( all but not from restaurant, as being in the pool they move as flies unhappy, killing the mood), location very good, parking is problematic but staff is really helpful with it. The restaurant food is good, but as told service kills mood so we ate anywhere else. Beach is crowded and not sandy, but view is breathtaking at sunrise/sunset. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR FAMILIES, I will however recommend it for couples just in the rooms with seaviews. Another positive was breakfast, as I read bad opinions so I was pleasantly surprise by it.

Die Fotos vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck: - Vor dem Appartement ist der Parkplatz. - Der Pool ist eine kleine Wanne. - Das Appartement war nicht gereinigt! - Nach der vermeintlichen Reinigung waren immer noch Haare der Vormieter usw. im Bad! - Es stank wie in einem Keller! - Appartement ist alt und Schäden sind nicht repariert. - WLAN funktioniert im Appartement nicht. - Frühstücksraum viel zu klein und relaltiv kleine Auswahl.
