The staff is extremely helpful. The sea is like 10 meters from the apartment. What could be improved is a later checkout, but host allowed us use umbrellas and sunbeds and proposed some drinks while we were waiting for our departure.

We loved this place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location on the beach was very comfortable for a relaxing holiday with sun and sea. The service and friendliness of the staff was absolutely wonderful, it gave us such a cozy feeling of being welcome and valued guests. Everything was clean and lovely. Highly recommend.

As soon as we arrive we felt the hospitality by the receptionist and members of the property they were very kind and friendly. Always there for you whenever you needed them. The hotel and the staff were wonderful. If you are not a big fan of "all inclusive" vacation this is for you. We walked around a lot, the transportation works fine. There are many dining options and small shops are nearby. The room overlooks the beach and we heard the sea every minute of our stay, which is perfect. The staff are excellent. Mladen gave us recommendations what to see and how to get around. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Such great hosts and a fantastic sea front setting. Great base to visit Split with a bus stop on the doorstep. You will have your own parasol to position on the beach once you have finished exploring Split or make use of the free paddle boards! Definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel at the beach!!! Our room balcony was beachfront, what a view!! Thank you for that. Excellent, kind and wonderful hosts! We were kindly assisted with all the needful informations and trip recommendations. Wonderful fresh breakfast at a good price. Free parking onsite which is super practical. Perfect place to chill and swim

Very nice place. Close to Split and right by the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby with plenty of choice's. Shop's, and bakery nearby. EV chargers right by as well. The beaches were not crowded either. Room was clean, service was excellent, the host was very nice and always ready to help with anything. Sunbeds, umbrellas, SUP, and toys for children can be used free of charge. There was nothing negative about this place. Having all this amenities nearby and being able to just walk straight from the room to the beach made for a very relaxing holiday. Wold recommend it every day.

Amazing stay.

We had a great trip. The family are super friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate any requests. The access to the beach is incredible 2 steps and you are the water. Included is the use of sun beds, towels, umbrella. We loved the fact that you can walk to all the restaurants and bars along the beach. Grocery store on the opposite side of the road. Bus stop out side the building. We can’t say enough good things. Thank you guys for a great stay.

Our stay at Villa Zanić was absolutely wonderful !! We were treated like royalty by the super friendly staff. The place is very clean and the common areas are luminous and filed with beautiful plants. The hotel is directly on the beach with free lounge chairs, kayak, paddleboard, coffee and more. We would love to come back next time we are in Podstrana and would recommend to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you so much :)

The most beautiful stay for my sister and I from Australia! The hosts/ reception are absolutely amazing and so attentive in helping plan activities & restaurants. This hotel is humble but has lovely air conditioning and the most comfortable bed! The hotel features the most beautiful terrace to enjoy your breakfast or a drink overlooking the private beach! Perfect beach holiday away from the hustle and bustle of Split, only a short 15 min uber ride away! So you can enjoy your private beach here at the hotel in the day & enjoy the city by night! There are beach toys, paddle boards, umbrellas and beach chairs to enjoy complementary which was amazing! We were so well looked after! Thank you for the most memorable stay! Would recommend for friends, couples or families travelling!

Location is fantastic, right on the beach, free sun loungers and umbrella as well as use of a paddle board. Beaches here are rocky so we bought some swimming shoes in nearby Omis, which worked a treat. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they take care of a lot of lovely details that make the stay enjoyable. Also the breakfast is incredible! Parking is a bit tight and you need good driving skills sometimes to go in and out. Rooms were nice and very clean. View of the sea from the balcony was awesome. There is a supermarket just crossing the road and a little fridge in the room in case you need it. Wifi connection is great! So is an extra point for this place. It is definitely in my list to come back in the future, we had a lovely and relaxing holidays here. Thank you for making this possible (:

Don’t question it……STAY HERE!!

Villa Zanic has easily been a 10/10. If we could give it a higher score we would. Mickey the receptionist was an absolute gem…so friendly, helpful and a wealth of information. Mladen the manager was also so kind and a joy to visit with. He made us the most amazing breakfast and delicious coffee each morning (for a fee). It was wonderful to enjoy the views from the deck and have some great conversation with him. Our room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and we loved our deck!! The beds and pillows were a dream to sleep on and the air conditioning in each room made sleeping so comfortable. The walk in rain shower was wonderful to use everyday and unlimited hot water! We loved having the beach outside our door with pool toys to use, deck chairs and umbrellas for free. It was also nice to have onsite parking. We were only a short Uber ride to Split which was recommended because of parking issues in the downtown area. The restaurants in the vicinity are wonderful but especially the one right across the street Dioklecijan… absolute best service and the most delicious food! We can’t say enough good about this place. It was an absolute pleasure. Thank you for having us… you are all so wonderful. Keep up the great job!!

Fabulous holiday

We drove from the UK and on arrival 2.5 days after leaving we were welcomed by Mlan and told we could check in straight away(we were a little early) for which we were very grateful. Both Mlan n Marriana were very friendly and helpful, often checking if we were ok and whether there was anything we needed. Our room had a balcony which opened straight on to the beach which was great. The beach is pebbly suggest you bring something for your feet when walking into the sea. Local supermarkets very close and a way to keep spending lower as you don't need to eat out every night. Bus into Split was busy but dropped us right by the market and the Old Town. We drove to the Skywalk in the Biokovo national park which was worth the journey but there also organised trips. This is a very relaxed and friendly hotel, lovely views from the reception up n down to coast and across to Brac. We will definitely be returning in the hope that we will be able to manage to stand on the paddlebord. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent place right by the water with direct access to the beach. With the free beach towels, chairs, umbrella and paddle boards. We had an amazing sunset dinner experience with the freshly caught seafood. Easy rides to Split for other activities. Very friendly and helpful staff. They offered us to wash our laundry and dry them for us. Drinking coffee by the balcony and chat with the staff for advices. It is our first stop in Croatia and we are very with this beautiful place and will definitely come back again.
