The couch had stains and floor had liquids spots that had dried. The facility was nasty with trash. Sidewalks and walkways to rooms hadn’t been swept, blown, washed in a while. Sticky and gross. As far as pet friendly… yes she was welcome but there was no were to walk her or let her roam. "
