“Adorable hotel - will definitely stay there again.”

“There is no ATM!! How is it possible that any hotel in 2026 has no ATM? Breakfast was horrible. The pancake machine was broken, should have had a waffle machine. That was every ones preference. loved the soap dispensers. very nice. and the shower was Awesome!”

“This property in general is very outdated, Doors you would have to slam them for them to shut. Carpet is beyond filthy! TV’s in the room don’t work. The breakfast area is basic, Had to keep asking the lady to restock items as none were available. Definitely not worth booking this particular hotel in general.”

“Fairly close to bus routes if you’re planning on public transportation, no bugs seen, but the property interior could use a lot of TLC. Upon arrival some things in the room were broken, some heavily stained, and some in just pretty rough shape. Beds were well made up and very clean, zero issues with the bed/bedding. A/C worked very well and no issues with plumbing. Most of the staff was very nice, and helpful with only a couple employees just seeming a little burnt out or not quite “with it.”...

“Amber was rude. Restrooms were dirty. Not worth the price!”

“I have stayed there on 3 different occasions within the past 2 years. Staff is always extra friendly. I like that it is located in the 39th District. Easy to go to and area is very walkable.”

“Other than the loud neighbor, the stay was great”

“Very nice place, we needed to stay just one night to avoid the early drive to the city, so no complaints.”

“The hotel was pretty much an ordinary no frills place to shower and sleep. We had a double queen room but unfortunately the bed I slept in was worn out. I literally slept in a body long groove in the mattress. The toilet seat was broke as well.”

“Parking was a concern. There was several big trucks with trailers which took up a lot of stalls. They did accommodate us by allowing us to park right up front in drop off zone.”

“My husband and I love this property! Super cool finishes and unique!”

“Check in was easy. Single king room was nice. However when it was time for bed our a/c unit started making a terrible rattling sound. The phone wouldn’t work to call the front desk. Had to go downstairs to speak to staff — upon speaking to staff, the person behind the counter proceeded to tell my husband that it was just how the compressor sounded when it kicked on. It was a very loud RATTLING — it was NOT normal. Then proceeded to tell my husband that they didn’t have another room on that floor...
