“There was dog poop everywhere outside, we had 2 nights where there were intoxicated people walking around being loud right outside our room at 1am, while also dealing with someones dogs just barking non stop all night long. No one seemed to care about the area around the hotel, and the fact we cant get into the pool with a keycard we have to request the hotel office to open it everytime and our room didnt get housekeeping once our entire 4 night stay. The only positive i think this hotel has is...

“Starting with Staff not finding my reservation made online. I received a room that was not suitable for guests. I was later charged extra $20 for having a friend over for dinner. Amenities were not clean and full of graffiti. Fridge, outlets covers and bathroom door lock missing. Had to place the 2 towels over the bed to try to get some sleep. Brought it up to the staff and moped the floor (dirty mop) really quick and that was it. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Never coming back here!”

“Staff was not very welcoming and we were told we were going to have to wait 20 minutes to check in for the system to reboot. There was a gauze square with blood on it in the stairs. The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower had multiple spots of black mold. No shower liner and pealing paint. TV didn't work.”
