“When I made to the hotel my room wasn’t ready yet. The room was so dirty especially the floor and bathtub. The tissue got some stains on it and the fire alarm rang non stop we called the maintenance they claimed us said that we smoke or use the heater but non of us smoked or turned the heater on because it was summer”

“Every time I go it’s very clean and Alex the worker is very kind and helpful”

“The room itself was clean however it smelled like smoke for being a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged but would go down really slowly. The property did not seem safe, with a lot people loitering around the premisis all hours of the day and night. The parking lot was utilized as over night parking for people living out of their cars. We had no idea before booking, given that the surrounding area was full of lively businesses. Very unfortunate given that rooms did seem clean and tidy for...
