"J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal : à quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel et tout près du métro, ce qui rend les visites très faciles. Le quartier est vivant, avec plein de restaurants et boulangeries à découvrir. L’équipe de l’hôtel était d’une grande gentillesse avec tout le monde, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable.

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Our air conditioning made a funny noise on the first night, the staff were very considerate and moved us into another room as soon as we told them. The breakfast is the same served at expensive cafe’s locally but at a fraction of the cost, which is great. Iron and ironing board was available at request. Very close to metro and can walk to the Eiffel Tower in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. "
"The staff were welcoming, the property and room were spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and there are numerous dining options nearby.
Highly recommended!"
"The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30."
