Good location, on a sand beach. Place was clean and neat. Little noisy at night as street speeds were very fast during the late hours just out side the bedroom window.

I cannot wait to come back. I will stay here over and over again. The staff was wonderful and attentive. Super easy to get in main Ponta Degada. Though on the main road, it was super quiet at night. I loved hearing the church bells, the ocean, and birds! The view was spot on. I love the Azores!

Chambre donnant sur la rue trop bruyante ( bruit de l’océan ainsi que des véhicules et motos qui pétaradent) , route très passante . Problème de stationnement, petit parking près de l’église mais souvent complet. Mise à part ça , le logement est agréable et bien équipé. L’agence est très disponible et réactive.

The property is gorgeous on the beach. Clean and well styled. Margarida the agent was so lovely and so helpful. She answered every question within minutes. Every concern was met immediately. If and when I come back it will be to one of her properties.

A great location with a view of a small beach and the ocean. Parking was available at a nearby church or a local parking area about a 6 minute walk away. There was a balcony with two chairs and a small table. The tv in one bedroom didn’t work. The hosts left a basket of fruit, buns, milk, cheese and yogurt which was extremely thoughtful and welcomed.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful home with heat/ac in every room, 3 lovely bathrooms, welcome basket of food with delicious bread, cheese and meat. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the surfers and surfer classes across the street. One bedroom overlooked the sea and had a small balcony. Top notch facility, close to the city. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.
