Hi Meaghan Janewe are delighted you enjoyed your holiday at Hibiscus.In future if anything is found not up to stANDARD WE HAVE HOUSEKEEPERS AND MAINTENACE STAFF HERE EVERY DAY AND WE CAN ATTEND TO IT. dUE TO THE QUICK TURNAROUNDS SOMETIMES ITEMAS ARE MISSED BUT WE ARE HAPPY TO RECTIFY THEM IMMEDIATELY.rE COCKROACHES WE HAVE A PEST CONTROL REGIME BUT UNFORTUNATELYIN THE TROPICS THISE PESKY LITTLE CRITTERS FLY IN OR COME UP RHE DRAINS!, tHE DONT USUALLY LAST LONG DUE TO RESIDUAL PEST SPRAY IN THE APARTMENTS AND WE DO HAVE INSTANT DEATH SPRAY IN THE OFFICE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST BUT THEY ARE A SMALL INCONVENIENCE IN A PHYSICALLY BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT. wE HOPOE TO SEE YOU AGAIN SOON.

I am sorry you were dsappointed with your view, we do avise the studios do not overlook the pool, next time please book a 1 bedroom as the do. I am glad housekeeping attended your issue promptly.

good morning Monique, thank yo for your feedback, we are a Bali inspired resort and the windows/screens are to reflect that experience with fans and usually very effective airconditioning if you keep the doors closed.We rarely have noise complaints as security closes the pools at 10pm. We do have mattress toppers available if you find the mattresses too hard reception is open usually from 8.45 to 4.30pm daily and we have an onsite manager 24/7 with well posted signage re how to contact us in case of an out of hours emergency.via your phone or the courtesy phone in reception. We are a self contained properfy not a hotel and we offer a starter pack of amenities etc with further supplies available at reception .and there is an onsite guest laundry available 7am-10pm daily. Most units do have a safety switch on the wall for the stovetops, Always express your concerns to reception and we will endeavour to assist.

Hi Simon, Once again, we are deeply sorry to hear how your concerns were handled and please be assured this is not common practice in our resort. Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay and we are sorry to say that although not seen every day, cockroaches are a common occurrence in the tropics. This of course does not mean your concerns should have been casually brushed off. I do hope that if you should return back this way you will consider us as your accommodation. Thank you for taking the time to give us your lovely feedback, we are a self contained apartment resort, we have an on site laundry or we can exchange your towels for a nominal fee.If you stay 8 nights you do receive a mid stay service which is anoher incentive to stay longer if the lure of the climate the reef and the rainforest is not enough! Return guesta are offered special rates also.
