"The pool was closed, and had a problem with their computers on knowing which rooms were clean or not. We were told we had 2 bath towels and would be brought more which we never got. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Breakfast was just cereal,yogurt,and bread/bagel."
