공사중이라 좀 시끄러웠던 것 빼고 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 수영장 이용이 좋았습니다.

Our room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was bread crumbs all over the carpet and tv console. The trash bins were filled with trash and food. The bathroom was not cleaned. There were someone else’s earrings by the sink. There was a dirty diaper in the trash bin. The bed had indentations like someone was previously sitting on the bed. There were dead bugs, looked like mosquitoes, by the pillows. I called reception to let them know our room was previously used and not cleaned after, and I wanted a different room. He said all the rooms were checked out for the night. Then I asked if house keeping come and at least tidy up the room and provide us with at least hand soap, new towels and new bed sheets. He said that housekeeping was already gone for the day. It was late, I was exhausted. I tried to book another hotel room around the area but there was no vacancy. He, reception, showed up to our door and took pictures of all the issues with the room, and so did I. He was very apologetic but I was very frustrated because my husband and I all we wanted is to to sleep and not worry about a dirty room that had no fresh towels or hand soap, etc. I wasn’t expecting luxury. I know where I booked the room, but at the very least, I expected a tidy up room with the bare essentials. I paid full price and I want a refund. The “owner” as the the staff said, was out on vacation and wasn’t going to be back until Tuesday. That he would call me back. I haven’t received any calls yet.

The front desk lady could have been a bit friendlier, but the hotel itself was very clean and worth the money I spent.

The beds had paper, lint, and items inside them (between the sheets?) when we arrived. The mattresses in 157 were sinking and not firm....hopefully they are replaced soon...thank you again v for finding and sending the glasses back!

We are sorry you found items in the bed but when anyone brings any issue to the front desk we will move guest to another room or fix the problem in room. Our mattress are high quality Simmons mattresses and we also get good reviews because of the quality.

After I checked in the settle all my things in the room I go into the bathroom and it’s a nasty mess. Looks like housekeeping just missed the whole bathroom in general. Used towels all over the floor and trash was still in there. For $180 a night and a $250 deposit I would at LEAST EXPECT for it be cleaned before arrival

We are sorry the problems you had in the bathroom but you came to front desk after a hour and half and we offered to move you to another room and you refused to move. We also offered to come to your room to clean it and you also refused that offer.

clerk did not know what he was doing. Phone message light was on in room he did not know how to turn off. He provided incorrect directions to room. Breakfast was cold. had to go back three times to get keys that worked for the room.. I will not stay at the best western porterville again

we are sorry that your stay did not work out that way you expected and when i went with you to open the door the key did work and when i tried to erase the message of the phone you did not let me do it. We hope the next time you stay with us things would work out better

No me gusto que no limpiaron la recámara y estuvimos tres días. Y lo mas triste fue que en la fotos y hablé para preguntar si la alberca estaba abierta y llegando fue nuestra sorpresa que no tenia agua. Quise hablar con el manager y dijeron que no estaba. Nos ignoraron, así que no lo recomiendo

It appeared that the main rooms were recently refreshed with some details still being completed. The bathrooms must be part of the next phase. The elevator was out of service when we arrived but the front desk was able to find us a room on the first floor. This location did not appear to be booked to capacity based on the number of cars in the parking lot. The afternoon/night manager appeared to be in training but was very pleasant and accommodating.

From the moment we walked in it was a beautiful experience. The desk clerk greeted us with a smile, she was friendly and professional. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was so delicious

Our initial room was not up to standard not only did have a strong smell (cats living in the room) the toilet was leaking water. We were moved up to the 2nd floor. We asked for room service (cleaning) as we wanted fresh towels and beds made. The staff never came by. We stayed here because of past ratings stating it was good, in our experience we are giving them a 2 and that’s being generous. Will never stay again nor recommend.

Having been a Director of Sales and Marketing for two hotel brands. I always tell my staff the first thing a guest sees is the lobby and front desk staff. The lobby was clean and most comfortable and the front desk service was most helpful, professional, and caring. Our room is great and the bed is very comfortable ( my husband is asleep already.) We called the front desk because we couldn't turn on the tv. Just a few minutes later the awesome woman who checked us in knocked on our door and had another tv controller for us.The refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker are very nice and clean and work very well. The bathroom is clean and nice and roomy. I only wish the toilet was taller. This is a great property. I will stay here again!
