“Rooms were great, exceeding expectations considering its location in the countryside and cheap price.
However, the owner should not be so aggressive about inconveniences caused by guests.
If he thought we were too loud in our rooms, the owner should have simply said so.
Barging in to our room without any warning or properly announcing himself(he just opened the door and came in his bathrobes) was unacceptable. Proceeding to then waving/pointing the end of his walking stick at his guests' faces...
“Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. ”

“We’ve been to The Bandstand several times and it never disappoints. The accommodations are comfortable, the people are welcoming and helpful, the food is good, and they have good live music sometimes. The location is lovely- steps from the path along the beach and the river trail. We love The Bandstand and stay in Nairn rather than Inverness because of it. Nairn is a lovely little town on its own, but having a place to stay that checks all our boxes makes Nairn irresistible. ”
