Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day.

Tive uma experiência média. O controle do ar condicionado não funcionava. Os botões do elevador tinham problemas e alguns funcionavam e outros não, precisando ir para um andar superior e descer de escada para o meu. Controle da TV também não funcionava. Cheguei 00:30 e não quis ficar descendo na recepção para relatar os problemas. A cama e o chuveiro foram ótimos!

O atendimento da recepção é terrível. Parecia que estávamos pedindo um favor. Tivemos vários problemas, ar condicionado barulhento o que impedia dormir a noite. Pedimos 3 vezes para trocar de quarto. Quando enfim isso foi feito, a Tv e nem o telefone do outro quarto funcionavam, também não tinha controle do ar condicionado e a recepcionista nos disse - não dá pra ter tudo. Realmente não queria ter tudo, apenas aquilo que o hotel disse que teríamos quando pagamos por ele. O que nos salvou foi a disponibilidade do funcionário da recepção e a camareira. Se dependêssemos da recepção estaríamos sem dormir em todos os dias da hospedagem. A localização é boa, mas não vale o estresse. Vários outros hóspedes reclamando nos elevadores. Com certeza, NUNCA mais voltaremos

Quartos limpos. Café da manhã razoável. Confesso que fiquei decepcionada pois após 8hs de viagem com bebê de 7 meses, chegamos à noite, eu havia solicitado berço, confirmaram, inclusive no check-in, chegamos no quarto e não tinha. Solicitamos e após um bom tempo informaram que tinha o berço mas não sabiam montar. O rapaz que nos atendeu na recepção zero simpatia e com muita má vontade. Inclusive no outro dia zero preocupação com o hóspede, no check out outro rapaz que nos atendeu inclusive disse “não acredito, poderiam ter visto no YouTube e montado”
