as dependencias do hotel são boas, ressaltamos somente q a cama poderia ser melhor, o serviço de quarto ficou um pouco a desejar, a equipe recepção deve e tem q melhorar muitooo, com excessão do funcionario Martinho, funcionario do periodo da noite, muito atencioso e simpatico, os funcionarios do periodo do dia tem q melhorarem muito em todos os quesitos, simpatia, atenção as necessidades dos hospedes, educação, entre outros, mas eu recomendo o hotel, as boas experiencias se sobressaem sobre as ruins!!!

I wouldn’t say that it’s a bad hotel, not at all. But I can’t say that it’s great either...! The building is not new, maybe that’s the main thing, added that it’s not that much maintained. It is clean, just the appearance that is not good in some aspects. But the shower is great, the breakfast is fine, has good parking lot with some covered spots. It’s close to downtown so it’s easy to go anywhere. I just have a little concern about several homeless people in the neighborhood. Also the neighborhood is noisy.

Funcionários não atendem bem.

O hotel em si é bom... mas achei os funcionários bem pouco comprometidos em atender bem, quando cheguei no hotel o rapaz da recepção ficou dando risada e falando com o colega ao invés de me atender... (até achei que estavam rindo de mim, e essa situação é bem constrangedora), a limpeza do hotel não é 100 %, as roupas de cama são até que cheirosas mas bem amareladas.. o banheiro também, tudo amarelado por falta de esfregar melhor, o café da manhã é bem fraco também, na primeira noite que eu estava lá chovia e tem uma porta no corredor que mesmo fechada entrou agua e molhou todo o corredor, dai pra entrar no quarto molhei todo o meu calçado e novamente os funcionários nem se preocuparam de ir la secar para os hospedes não terem que passar por aquilo, foi bem ruim minha experiência nesse hotel... Pra resumir eu não me hospedaria de volta lá.
