I gave a rating of 3 to the staff due to the difficulty I had in retrieving a document I had forgotten in the room. I sent someone to the hotel twice, but only on the third attempt, after the person asked to speak with management, was the issue resolved. This caused a lot of embarrassment and was an uncomfortable situation.

Property in very poor conditions. Outdated, poor maintenance, missing toiletries and not clean (specially the kitchen drawers). And, on top of that, they allow homeless people to join for breakfast. Had to leave the hotel earlier. Glad that Expedia helped me get a refund of the remainder days.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience booking . I reserved a stay at the Hotel Manhattan by Mercury in Porto Alegre more than two months ago, specifically choosing it because of its pool, which was essential for my three young children to enjoy during a hot summer day. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was out of service due to maintenance. This critical information was never communicated in any of the eight emails I received before my trip. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate omission. To make matters worse, I was also informed at check-in that does not include breakfast and that there is no parking included—details that were either unclear or poorly communicated. This experience has completely ruined the beginning of our family vacation. I feel deceived and let down by , and I expect better communication and accountability from a platform I trusted to plan such an important trip. I strongly urge others to reconsider booking through

Ficamos hospedados num quarto antes da reforma (outros andares já estavam atualizados). Apesar de antigo, estava extremamente limpo, todas solicitações foram atendidas (utensílios, toalha extra para a criança entre outros). Foi o check in mais tranquilo que já fiz, e check out rápido, a equipe tanto da recepção quanto da limpeza muito cordial, a estrutura do hotel (piscina e academia) com equipamentos novos, o que possibilitou uma estadia nota 10. Pretendo voltar no final desse ano para aproveitar o quarto renovado (com tvs maiores e smarts).
