“Well maintained”

“Rooms were smelly and not very clean”

“The whole place smelled like weed. When we checked in the receptionist would not get off her phone and just kept yapping to someone. She was the only person working. The room was filled with stink bugs which were most likely let in by the previous guest trying to air out the room because it smelled like cigarettes. The bugs got in because the window screen had a hole in it. The receptionist did try and vacuum them after we complained but she missed a few. The bathroom in the room was pretty...

“The building didn’t have any logos, the carpet was musty! And a cockroach was in the bathroom. The front desk ladies was nice.”

“Not pet friendly and needs new management.”

“레스토랑 조식 저녁 전부 맛있고 좋았어요. ”

“Very convenient to the Highway. Property lacked sufficient parking and the grounds had minimal landscaping, etc, but the room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the rate was a bit high for the property, but I would stay here again.”

“The property is very well updated and clean. Great place to stay with dogs”

“Helpful staff, clean hotel, stay here if in the area”

“Very clean and cozy beds! The breakfast here is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel! On weekends though it doesn’t start until 7am. We were up super early so it would have been nice if it started at 6am. No complaints on anything else.”

“Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders”

“My partner and I checked in to a room that hadn’t been cleaned so we requested a clean room and the “CLEAN” room they put us in was the WORST cleaning job I’ve ever seen. Not only were there NICOTINE POUCHES stuck to the wall, but also, a MOLDY TURD on the floor, MOLDY FRUIT behind the bed, URINE STAINS on the toilet seat, questionable stains on both the mattress and comforter as well as the lamp shades, and a FOUL SMELL throughout the entire room. So we asked for another room and the manager...

“The place is older and needs renovated. Clean and kind staff.”
