다소 대로변하고는 조금 한 5분쯤 떨어져있어서 캐리어 끌고 오시기 힘드실지도 모르지만, 가격대비 가성비 좋았어용. 특히 아침밥이 너무 맛있었고요. 참고로 바다 풍경이 있는 방이 아니라, 집들이 보이는 풍경이닌깐 참고하시고, 그래도 야외에 바다 조금 보이는 테라스가 있어서 좋아요

숙박운영자의 태도
포지타노 숙박시설 중 많이 비싸지 않은 만큼 이동경로와 숙소 찾기가 쉽지 않았음. 특히 짐을 들고 많은 계단을 오르고 내리는 길은 카사테라사가 주는 편안함을 절감시켰으며 포터서비스도 구체적이지도 않고 비용도 만만치 않았음. 더군다나 체크아웃 시 숙소 사장할머니께서 도시세 3유로를 말씀하시면서 내가 잔돈은 2유로만 있다고 하니 안된다하면서 그걸 가져가심. 그래서 20유로 지폐를 내니 17유로만 주길래 가져가신 내 2유로 요구하니 다시 주시긴 했지만 그분은 이태로어로 화를 내고는 그자리를 박차고 나가심. 이 후기를 길게 남기는 이유는 쌍방간 오해가 있더라도 운영자로서 가져서는 안될 태도를 가졌으며 숙박자로서 불쾌감을 갖게 하였음.

아주 깔끔하고 편안하고예쁜 집입니다. 메인 비치, 시타 버스 정류장과는 멀어요. 처음에 찾아가기는 어렵습니다. 계단 많아서 짐이 무거운 분은 추천하지 않아요. 주인분은 아주 친절합니다.

teresa 할머니 너무 친절하시고 좋아요. 다만 메인비치에서 조금 멀고 방에 들어가면 와이파이나 데이터 안터지고(이지역 다 그런 걸수도) 오션뷰가 아닐뿐 ㅜㅜ 근데 조식 맛있고 방도 진짜 넓고 깨끗하고 수건도 많고 다른건 다 만족이에요.

깍은 듯한 해안계곡과 해변이 아름답고 조용한 마을이며 호텔이 아기자기하게 디자인된, 오래된 집을 아주 잘 리모델링한, 숙박보다는 가정집 느낌이다. 골목을 돌아 찾아가는 길이 정겹다.

카사테레사는 할머니집 같아요 아주 좋지는 않지만 편안해요 따뜻한 크로와상이 나오는 푸짐한 조식 맛있어요 직접 만드는거 같은 잼도 다 맛있고요 말은 잘 통하지 않지만 매우친절하십니다 떠나는 날 비가와서 배뜰까 불안해하니 항구에 전화해서 알아봐주셨어요 방은 넓고 올드한 느낌이지만 깨끗하고 테라스는 있지만 바다뷰는 아니고요 위치도 배가들어오는 메인 해변가랑 멀지만 조용한 두번째 해변이랑 나름 가까워요 한참 내려가고 한참 올라오는 위치이니 짐 옮기는건 포터를 이용해야해요 짐 1개당 10유로예요 그 돈이 아깝지 않습니다 가보시면 알아요 ㅋㅋ 암튼 위치가 힘들지만 그외에 다좋아요

찾기 어려웠지만 묵는 내내 만족스러웠어요.
포지타노에 처음 방문한 관광객이 찾기 정말 어려운 위치입니다. SITA버스를 타고 소렌토에서 이동할 경우는 포지타노 첫번째정류장에서 내려 마을버스로 갈아타시고 Gratta 정류장에서 내리자마자 보이는 골목으로 내려가면 됩니다.(그안에서도 구불구불하지만 마을분들에게 여쭤보면 친절하게 알려주세요- 민박집이라고 생각하시면 되고, 포지타노엔 CASA ****라는 B&B가 상당히 많더군요. 방은 아늑하고 깨끗했고 아기자기 예뻤어요. 바다가 보이는방도 있는지는모르겠는데 저희가안내받은 방은 바다뷰는 아니었어요. 영어를 하는 직원도 있는것같던데, 제가갔을땐 영어모르시는 할머니,할아버지만 계셨어요. 그래도 아주 친절하시고, 아침은 소박하지만 어떤 호텔에서 먹었던 음식보다도 맛있고 이태리 남부스러운 예쁘고 투박한 식기들까지 기분좋게 해주었습니다. 다음에 가도 묵고싶어요 :)

A beautiful and quaint hotel on the cliffs in Positano. The family who runs it is so welcoming and very helpful. Mornings are amazing. Breakfast on the terrace. We can’t wait to come back!

Well located -/ Positano has stairs. Lots of them. Be in shape. The owner will make arrangements. Pro tip: use the porter service @ 15€ per bag to go from port to hotel. The little wheels on luggage is useless. Property was cool, comfortable and near restaurants. Easy walk down to the main town square. In room mini bar is a bargain.

Quiet and clean property overlooking the sea. Make sure to connect with the property manager before showing up. There are a lot of stairs to reach the reception and you might not have to go all the way down there. Just WhatsApp the number given to avoid confusion.

Casa Teresa was in a convenient location. It was clean and today. A lovely breakfast each morning on the terrace. No staff around during the day to ask questions but they always answered text messages. I would stay there again, and recommen to others.

The property is very nice and clean. There is a good breakfast served in the morning. Enzo is excellent with helping to get transportation as well as a porter to assist with luggage.

This is a beautiful hotel with very large rooms and a large balcony. We could sit outside to eat breakfast and see the view of Positano. The breakfast is wonderful and there is a kettle to make tea and coffee in your room. About 15 minutes walk from the bus stop, but everywhere in Positano is a walk.

Two weeks in Europe and it was finally nice to have a room with a balcony. It was so beautiful to sit out there and watch the lights and sea. The hosts were fantastic and breakfast was delicious. The room was quite large but the beds were really hard. I’d still go back though.

This property is amazing! Only a few steps down the main road with plenty of restaurants walking distance. Had a lot of fun exploring around Positano. Enzo and his team took amazing care of us from start to finish, even helping us find medical care for an emergency which we were extremely grateful for. Would definitely come back and would recommend a thousand percent!

Incredible value for Positano; highly recommend!
I'm really surprised at the excellent value of this booking. The staff was extremely friendly (it's family-run) with Enzo kindly being on call to answer any and all questions by Whatsapp even when I was around the city. The rooms are really spacious, comfortable and clean and the balcony view and terrace is very nice (my wife and I had a wonderful breakfast there). The pictures on the site really do it justice; no exaggeration or augmentation! Remember, it is Positano so there are stairs wherever you go (I looked at dozens of places), just be sure to use the porters (€10-15 a bag, from port to hotel) and there are buses (Interno Positano, ~€2/ticket, get off at Posa Posa) that take you within 5 minutes of the hotel (though there are a couple small sets of stairs). Google maps directions were great but Enzo is more than happy to guide! The area is also lively and exciting with a dessert shop and four excellent restaurants (including one with great pizza, another with quality sea food and a third gourmet restaurant). All in all, I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I visit Positano!

The property has a beautiful view of Positano. Keep in mind, there are 454 steps to get there from the main dock. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was the best we had throughout our trip in Italy. Reception was nice and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags there after checkout while we went to the beach. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Positano.

Family run bed and breakfast. Beautiful views from the large size balcony. Breakfast is basic Italian breakfast. We had a room for 3 and it was just what we needed. Lots of stairs to get to/from this property so it would not be good for anyone with physical challenges. You have to carry your own bags from the car or pay a Porter if one is available. Nice walk into town and there is also a shuttle for a small cost.

Casa Teresa is a beautiful and well maintained property that goes above and beyond to provide a 5 star hospitality. Enzo (the owner), his wife and daughter did a fabulous job in taking care of all our requests from arranging transportation, porter service and most importantly finding us a room last minute. We had another hotel cancel our reservation without notice (La Caravella) but Enzo treated us like family and arranged a room for us. We loved sitting on the terrace for our daily breakfast with great coffee made by the staff. Thank you Casa Teresa for making our trip memorable!

Amazing feel to open up the terrace doors in the morning with sound of birds and morning breeze. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Easy to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Our room was deep inside a building and had to zigzag through corridors and a few steps of stairs, I imagine it may be hard for people with heavy luggage or multiple luggage. It was also not near main road so we had to carry our luggage down few flights of stairs and back up on our way out.
