"Clean room and superb staff with location in the heart of Vienna. Walked easily to opera, musikverein, cathedral and shopping. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Restaurant was fine, with staff helping us with great local referrals to eat. Easy uber and taxi pickups."

"Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...? The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off"."

"Amazing hotel in the centre of vienna. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is boutique bougie hotel near the cathedral. Most attractions are a 10 min walk away. There is a metro stop nearby. The patio area where breakfast is served is gorgeous. Spacious rooms, with huge bathroom and lovely amenities. Would highly recommend the hotel "

"The hotel is recently remodeled so the rooms are very nice - ours was a little small for two people. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The area around the hotel is quiet and has many restaurants. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the historic center. "

"If you’re visiting Vienna for a day or a week this hotel is perfect! Everyone on the staff from the front desk to the coffee bar, to the rooftop bar/restaurant and everyone in between were amazing! "The hotel is very handy for the 1st district, you can easily walk everywhere. Staffing at the hotel is minimal, just one person at the reception/bar. This was not very helpful when the keycard to my room didn‘t work. The guy on reception eventually came up to my room to try and open my door, after I‘d already made several trips to reception to try diffrent keycards. At one point before he managed to open the room door he told me to come back in the morning and they‘d sort it out! The „bathroom“ offers very little privacy, Although quirky, the rooms are clean. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, only an area on the fifth floor where you can make a hot drink and buy snacks. This is not very convenient if you are on the fourth floor. Some rooms do not have a street view and look straight out onto a wall."
