Nice and quiet. Sheets clean. Mattress and pillow comfy. But… no key cards as the machine was broken. The bedspread had a hole and was dirty. There was mold on the ceiling. The outer window had a hole. There were wall patches that weren’t painted. The hair dryer didn’t turn on at all. Not worth the price.

About 25 miles to Pikeville where all rooms were booked — but this was pleasant and I may just stay here when I return to Pikeville!

Every time we wanted the attendant to the motel, they were outside smoking and we would have to fetch them.

Our room did not get cleaned, we weren't offered clean towels, shampoo(considering the bottles of shampoo and conditioner are only enough to shampoo half of your head) or conditioner. Our trash wasnt removed and our beds were t made. Breakfast was great though!!

Running out of everything
The room was missing a chest of drawers. Thr carpet needed vacuuming. The toilet paper was surplus from the Soviet Union. Breakfast was lacking, ran out of coffee, milk, syrup for the waffles. The eggs were gone by 9. The gravy was watery and the biscuits were harder than a stone. I mistakenly booker this hotel. I meant to spend the night at Comfort Suites next door. Hate this hotel....

Manager of the hotel couldn’t even print out a bill for our stay showing zero balance and charged us twice for taxes that were already paid through hotels.com. Hotel is hidden behind a Comfort Inn with no signage on the roadway very hard to find. No dog walking area.

Would stay again.
An older hotel but everything was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed comfy. Breakfast simple but plenty to eat. Asked if they had ketchup since there was none on the buffet. Manager said sorry they didn’t, which was no problem. He then went and got some from the staff lounge! So nice of him!

Nice place!
Very nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast too. It was actually nicer than the " resort" hotel we stayed at in Gatlinburg the previous two nights. Had a nice typed chart of the tv channels and a list of local restaurants. Little things make a difference!

The service was excellent! Quick check in & comfortable accommodations! Needs paint touch ups. Overall clean! I’ve stayed here several times. Very satisfied!!!

Really only minor complaint I have is the supply of coffee in the room. Had 3 packs of decaf and 1 regular coffee. I don't do decaf. Supply not restocked for 2nd night, so no coffee.

The only thing that was bothersome was the terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the stairwells, elevators, and especially in the second floor hallways.

Only issue we had was when booking it stated it was a non smoking hotel. The room we were in was a smoking room and we were not told that when booked. The hotel was completely booked for the night and we couldn’t move to another room so our stuff smells like cigarettes.

The property was very clean and up to date. I had requested a first floor room because my husband is 88 and has limited abilities. They gave us a handicap room that had a nice walkin shower.

When making the reservation, we decided to pay extra to have a room with a sofa. What a surprise when we opened our door to learn that our room was basically a one-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen, sitting room, and bedroom. It was very nice and so much more than we expected!

The room was very clean. The beds were super comfy! We had trouble with our television working properly. The second person that came finally fixed the problem. The corridors reeked of cigarette smoke and the room didn’t smell much better.

Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you had a problem with the TV. Guest will change the setting to accommodate a game system and then not change it back. As for the cigarette smoke, you were on our smoking floor. We do try to eliminate as much of the smell in the hall way as possible.
