“Struttura molto bella a Maruggio, immersa nella campagna che dà pace e tranquillità sia di notte che al risveglio. Il mare si trova a 5 minuti dalla struttura e anche meno. Camere ben arredate e complete di ogni comfort e ottimamente gestite con passione da Massimo ed Alessandra , con i quali ci si intrattiene molto volentieri a scambiare 4 chiacchiere. “This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy.”
