The room was super clean and had all the needed toiletries. The entire bathroom floor and shower were all tile, so maybe I got an accessible room? The bed mattress was comfortable, and I am picky about that. Overall a pleasant stay.

The whole location of Primm is closing. The mall. The restaurants. Gas stations. The hotel is closing in less than a month. We couldn’t use the pool even though it was filled with water because there is no staff to monitor it. Smelled of smoke everywhere we went. It was super rundown and the poor staff is holding on with their fingers to keep their jobs.

The property listed Primadonna at Primm in a nice location with a few restaurants and things to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the TV and A/C worked as well. A refrigerator can be installed upon request. We will stay in primm again.

Room was very clean, air-conditioning worked amazing. The casino itself was very clean and kept up well although drinks were not offered while I gambled, I enjoyed my time there. Staff was slacking. I was wondering if maybe because I went on a weekday rather than a busy weekend , staff chose to slack off. Either way, I would definitely stay here again due to the cleanliness of the room.

THE POOL WAS CLOSED No shower chair for the handicapped room. There was plenty of parking. Room was OK on the cleanliness, hair in shower, soap scum on wire shelf in shower. Went to the restaurant service booth times was the bare minimum. The best thing at the hotel was the bed was comfortable.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room AC was cold but loud. We paid a resort fee for no pool access (closed for "winter" or other amenities. The cafe ran out of some items, the Steakhouse was decent but al a carte pricing. Overall decent place and not the worst if you have a reason to be there.

We stopped to sleep on the way to Park City, UT. Bed was super comfortable so that’s a plus. However, the bathroom was meh at best. If you’re super short this shower is for you. As a 5’5 individual I was ducking! There was a questionable substance all over the wall by the toilet that freaked out the hubby! All we did was sleep so can’t speak on the amenities.

Bathroom drain didn't drain well. Remote for tv didn't work and no other way to turn TV on. Carpets were dirty and we found a roach in the hall walking to our room. Ac/heat unit was very noisy. No mattress pad just a flat sheet on top of the mattress. The on site restraunts were expensive for mediocre food. The staff in the restraunts were hard working. I will not stay here again.
