"We stayed in the king bed-rooms. They were clean and very spacious. The check-in staff was very helpful and kind."

"I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been cleaned. There were towels left on the floor, the bed had not been made, and the room appeared to be still occupied or recently used. I returned to the front desk and explained the situation. The staff was friendly, understanding, and promptly provided me with keys to another room . Unfortunately, the second room was similar condition and was also not properly cleaned. In addition, there was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the property, which made the environment even less comfortable. Given these issues, I decided no to stay at the hotel and left shortly afterward. I have called Expedia and received a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel."

"The pictures make the hotel look like a 4 star hotel. Just remember, it's a Best Western. Wear and tear everywhere just like any other hotel in that class. It was clean and sufficient. BUT: they need to figure out a solution to the flooding of the front and side parking lots. Had to wade through shin high waters to get in and out of car. Miami's flooding is not going to change. What will the hotel do to mitigate it for guests?"

"We had a very spacious room with sofa area. The unit was clean and the shower had nice hot water without the water overflowing anywhere. No stains or damages and the ac worked perfect. It was a very short stay but is very much appreciated when everything works as it should. Thank you."
