โAmazing stay at hotel Chelsea was brilliant and helpful. Only thing is I would suggest booking direct with hotel as I discovered that hotels.com add additional charges so the stay cost me over ยฃ60.00 more than if I had booked direct. I have tried to query the over charges but hotel.com have not been very helpfuโ
โHotel is amazing, comfortable spacious rooms, superb power shower with lovely smelling toiletries. Room was huge, bed was very comfortable with added tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast had a superb choice of both English and continental. Did have an evening meal here which was outstanding as well as the service given by the staff. Have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again.โ
โPersonale molto accogliente, stanza grande e comoda, in un antico pub. Bell'ambiente, ottime birre. Stanze un po' datate, ma molto caratteristiche. Purtroppo l'immancabile moquette tipica . โ
โAmazing experience it was our second time back and was as good as the first .
Great size room for the family only negative I would say is the heavy doors made a loud Bang luckly people were not in there rooms late or this could of ruined the Stay .โ
โNice to go back to this hotel after 12 months and itโs still a first class friendly place with great staff and wonderful rooms. Well done everyone ๐โ
โA really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. โ
โThe suite was fab staff fab breakfast fab and the spa evening meal was fab everything was great the only thing I was a bit disappointed with was we were there 2 yrs ago and they had a singer on a sat night but they have stopped that I think that made the sat evening apart from that everything was great โ
