โEverything was good. Nice and kind staffs, comfortable, spacey room, (relatively) safe location very close to the subway station. Small breakfast (coffee and bread) was good too. One minor thing is thin walls: I could hear all the footsteps from the upper floor. It wasn't a big problem for me, but if you are sensitive to noise, you might experience some trouble sleeping at night.โ
โThe property was very well located. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Check-in was virtual, easy and convenient. The property manager checked with us shortly after arriving to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Highly recommend. โ
โThe room was so clean and you can tell it's been renovated. The staff was so friendly and made our stay so helpful accommodation some of my mom's requests. While the hotel itself is so nice, the area around it is still a little rough. Not a spot I'd recommend walking back to late at night if you're unfamiliar with the city/by yourself.โ

It was the best. I couldn't speak English well and visited alone, but the staff responded very kindly. The room is in good condition. It's located in the middle of downtown San Francisco, so it's good to go anywhere. Thank you for your kind response.
