The location was interesting, the rooms were unique and comfortable, we had to park around the corner but we enjoyed walking the San Fran city streets with the kids, and stopped at a cool pizza joint on the way to our room.

The area of the hotel is convenient to walkable to other areas, it’s about a 30 min walk to Oracle Park. There is parking at the hotel but there may be limited in/outs because space is limited. It was good hotel for a short stay.

Nice staff but the hotel needed a bit of upkeep and small things that could be improved- such as upholstery cleaning, etc. It was quite loud from above- thin walls. All and all it was what I expected in the heart of the city from a smaller hotel.

I really enjoyed the artwork inside the hotel. However, one important detail that should be mentioned on Expedia and the hotel’s website is that parking is very limited—even for guests with prior reservations. Additionally, the bathroom towels were dirty and had rips, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the exterior of the hotel was clean, and I didn’t notice anything that felt sketchy or unsafe.

It’s a cheap hotel so I can’t complain too much but the room smelt of wee and there was stains on the bed sheets. Also, one night our room key wouldn’t work so we were locked out of the hotel in a sketchy area. This felt quite unsafe.

Excellent stay for our party of 6. Elevator broken and area a couple of blocks away is not great but we felt safe. We only walked during day and used uber mostly. Walked to oracle park. Other destinations close so we could see a lot in our 5 days in SF.

What or any issues that may be experienced are will/would be promptly resolved to the guest's complete satisfaction, e.g., the people in the room above my room were "heavy walkers" and staff was very gracious in resolving the issue.
