The room was clean and excellent housekeeping to make up the room everyday. Check in was smoothly and well introduction of hotel facilities and local attractions. The frustration and disappointment come from check out was took almost 1hrs to complete which was far more than expected. A big surprise for 5 star hotel to take that long for check out!

My fiancé and I stayed at st. Regis for the first time and it was amazing! As frequent patrons of Four Seasons, we had a level of reservation towards Marriotts flagship luxury hotels; this st. Regis has certainly changed my mind. Will definitely be back at this property and will likely try other St. Regis locations in the future.

St Regis properties don’t disappoint. My wife and I traveled to San Francisco to take in the city and its rich culture. Our stay at the St Regis contributed greatly to our joy and satisfaction. Staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and situated conveniently for a memorable downtown experience.

As a five star, flagship property, in a world renowned location this hotel had to reach a high bar and it did so in many respects. The room was impeccable, in comfort, amenities and decoration. The staff were courteous and accommodating to a fault. I found the public areas to be somewhat limited for such a property in this location. A bar or lounge specifically for guests would have been welcome . however, my overall experience was positive and I would highly recommend this hotel.
