"The hotel is located in a good area, near to aventura mall and beaches. However the room was close to the elevator which was very noisy and the hotel is quite old."

"Didn't use the pool or laundry. Bathrooms were old. Shampoo and conditioner only enough for one person. Only 2 bath towels. Women use 2 one for hair , one for body. Pillows were awful. Only had 3 hours sleep. My neck was in pain. "

"Very nice property, I feel like the restaurants within the property need more work. The food was very basic for the price. Also, the pool hours should be extended through out the night. They closed the pool by 6pm. This resort needs another jacuzzi, the current outdoor jacuzzi is very small. "

"Poolside was great, right on the beach. Work was being done in 2 areas, a little noisy. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean, service was very good. I’d definitely go back. Location is very convenient. There is food on site so it makes things easier for a guest "

"The staff is beyond rude they questioned my company and then told that I was not allowed to have company after full payment was already paid for my stay. While resting on the last day my sister decided to stay a little while long before her next trip although I told the front desk I was leaving early check out is at 11 am and my sister was rudely disturbed for a hour until it was check out time by loud knocks on the door and the front desk lady asking for the key to the room it was rude and unusual I would not stay at this specific place again but it is beautiful but you get no real privacy and you or it may have just been the lady that was at the desk she was really the only problems because the giest were extremely friendly "
