“Easy ascess to downtown area , restaurants & Yale reception was very friendly housekeeping is only new towels & emptying trashcans this is fine if you stay 1-2 nights We asked for change of sheets after 3 nights , the person at reception said it will be done, but there was no housekeeping whatsoever for the last 2 days”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Omni New Haven Hotel. After my stay, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $62.43 on my credit card, processed at 3:20 AM while I was asleep.
