“We stayed here for 3 nights and are very satisfied with our choice. The location is ideal. It’s walkable to center of town and many tourist’s attractions. We didn’t use our car while staying here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our first night here, our room was very cold, and they immediately adjust the temperature. The breakfast is outstanding. They provide different breakfast menu every day, and we truly enjoyed it. We will stay here again when we visit Newport next time.”

“Really enjoyed our weekend getaway for my wife's birthday. The room was large and very clean, kitchen area had a microwave and all utensils needed. Bathroom was large and clean and had soap, shampoo and towels provided. Breakfast was available every morning around 8:30 am and consisted of fresh fruit, yogurt and home made muffins and baked goods. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and at home. Beautiful new porch on the front of the building that we enjoyed every evening...

“Such a cute B&B. We were welcomed with delicious cookies. We stayed in the Harbor Room. Bed was comfortable. We met the owners Elizabeth & Doug at breakfast which was delicious. They were very welcoming. I loved the Apple with everything bread, wish I could get the recipe (lol). Conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, shops, & the water. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area again.”
