โThis hotel was a much-needed stay! It was so warm and they even have a wood-fired stove in the lounge. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were spotless and modern. โ

He took us fishing, arranged for logistics to and from Puno and served us excellent meals for dinner, breakfast and lunch, food was both fresh and tasty and we had desserts as well.

โThis hotel is located near the main plaza, yet in a quiet area. Everything was good, but the highlight of our stay was Gabriela at the front deskโshe was truly the heart of this hotel. Kind, attentive, and always eager to help, she assisted us with everything we needed.

โThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. โ
โHotel ubicado a unos metros de la plaza de armas en Puno. Excelente ubicaciรณn. El hotel antiguo estรก en perfectas condiciones. Fue una estancia muy agradable de dos noches. El desayuno es mejor que en otros hoteles.โ
