"The check in was easy, the front desk staff are very friendly. We stayed one night. The room was clean and the windows are hermetic which means you close them and you cant hear any noise from the street (which is loud). The hotel is well located we walked to Plaza de Armas without a problem. It is next to the artisanal center for shopping and next to so many restaurants. Upon our arrival we decided to have lunch at the hotel. It was so good we had our dinner and next day's lunch at the hotel as well. Their menu is so complete and the chef is amazing we cannot talk enough about our food experience in this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is delicious so many options including made to order omelets and Andean local cosine items. They have a complimentary shuttle to the airport. The staff is so friendly and accommodating."
