"Really great Hotel"

"El hotel me llamó 3 días antes de la fecha fe hospedaje y me cancelo, en sus políticas decía que pago en el alojamiento pero no era real la información porque tenia que pagar 15 días antes y no me avisaron con tiempo solo el avisaron para cancelar la reserva, el hotel me referencio a otro hotel donde pague el 50% y dos horas antes también me cancelaron la reserva, ya estaba a 40 minutos de llegar "

"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"We had a good stay overall, Bogota is a wonderfull city, the location is perfect for almost all the options, fir us was perfect since we had combine our vacation with medical visits and as for the place that we stayed it was wonderfull Definitively we will stay again "

"This is not a hotel is a guesthouse type , they false advertising, they have multiple families living there the kids running and kid crying , my room had leaking water and the toiles was clogged. The advertised a restaurant over price and they not have any selection or sometimes no one is here . I complained the person responsible, yes quickly respond but they did not fix anything, feel unsafe with some people living there permanently, this needs to be remove from hotels.com "

"It is a gorgeous location. Far enough from the city to feel secluded, without being unreachable. Lots of nature around. The staff is an absolute JEWEL."

"My only complain is about the breakfast. Coffee was very cold, staff not so friendly."
